Score Porting and Proview Index Logic

  • Once the test-taker completes a proctored session and stops proctoring on Skilljar, the test score gets ported resulting in lesson completion. Based on the score, the test-taker is assigned a Proview index of either ‘High’, ‘Medium’ or ‘Low’.
  • The criteria for the allocation of the Proview index are configurable as per the requirement. The passing limit to be considered ‘Passed’ can be defined by the user. However, test-takers with a ‘Low’ Proview index are considered ‘Failed’ even if their score is above the passing limit.
  • For example, a test-taker to be failed despite scoring more than the passing marks in case of a ‘Low’ Proview Index (more than excusable number of violations).
