1. Candidate Filtering in the All View
Recruiters can now filter candidates directly from the All view, making it easier to manage and navigate high-volume workflows. What’s new- Filter candidates by step-level status
- Quickly locate candidates across all workflow stages
- Reduce manual scanning and time spent searching
Faster navigation and improved productivity when working with large candidate pools.
2. Enhanced Public Registration Experience
Public registration flows now offer better control, visibility, and ease of management. What’s new- Configure start and end dates for registration windows
- Instantly access the registration link and QR code from the Edit Registration screen
- Clearer actions with the Unpublish option moved to a secondary level
More structured registrations with improved clarity for recruiters managing large drives or open applications.
3. Advanced Filters in the Screening Step
New filtering options in the Screening step help recruiters quickly identify relevant candidates without scrolling through long lists. Available filters- Candidate Status: Invited, In Progress, Completed, Evaluated, Selected, On Hold, Turned Down
- Evaluation Status: Not Evaluated, Select, Turn Down, Hold
- Added Date: Select a specific date or a custom date range

When no images are captured during a 360° check, a tooltip now clearly indicates this status. -

Moodle 4.5 LMS – Extension Validation
To ensure a secure exam experience, students using Moodle 4.5 must have the Proview browser extension installed before accessing an exam. What’s new- A clear warning is shown if the extension is not installed
- A direct link is provided to the Chrome Web Store for installation
- Students can refresh the page to continue after installation
Bug Fixes
Moodle 4.5 LMS – Live Proctoring Playback Details
IssueStudent name and email were missing in Live Proctoring playback records. Fix
Candidate details are now correctly captured and displayed. Result
Admins and reviewers can clearly identify candidates across all playback sessions and proctoring types.
