Tenant Admins can now create and publish custom workflow templates using any combination of Screening, Assessment, and Interview steps. Why this matters

Appointment Reminder Emails

Candidates with a confirmed booking now receive a 24-hour reminder before their appointment. Impact

SMS Notifications for Payments & Booking

Candidates in pay-and-book flows now receive an SMS (in addition to email) with a link to choose their slot once payment is completed. Impact

Blocklisted Software Diagnostics in Secure Browser

The Secure Browser now auto-detects and closes restricted apps during pre-check.
If any app cannot be closed, the test taker receives clear instructions to exit and retry. Changes Included
  • Consistent blocklist rules across customers
  • Stronger handling of Windows Store apps
  • Improved network stability (Windows)

Moodle 4.5 LMS Improvements

(Requires extension v1.5.2 for supported flows)
  • Auto-end proctoring when “Submit All & Finish” is clicked
  • Clear success notification for password auto-injection
  • Better redirects for non-proctored quizzes
  • Removed 48-hour scheduling and time-limit restrictions for Bulk Scheduling
