Step-by-step Guide

Step 1: Access the workflow dashboard

• Navigate to the Workflows section from the menu.
• Select the workflow for which you want to view a proctored assessment response.
• Select the assessment step inside a workflow to quickly view the candidate’s progress.
• Click on a candidate’s name to dive into their assessment details.

Step 2: Viewing a proctored candidate assessment response

• In the candidate’s assessment details, switch to the Score tab to review the score and proctoring details for the candidate.
• Click on the Icon to check the proctoring index and to view the session playback recording.
• In the session playback,
  • Select a key session event in the alert log to review monitoring actions.
  • Switch between the Primary and secondary camera feed for real-time insights into candidate behavior.
• When you’re done viewing the playback recording, click on the close icon ✖️ to exit the playback session and return to the candidate overview.
