1. Invitations & Candidate Access

Q1. How do I invite candidates to an assessment? You can invite candidates directly from within a workflow by selecting the “Invite” option in the footer and choosing the relevant assessment. Candidates will then receive an email with their unique access link. Q2. Can I bulk-invite multiple candidates at once? Yes. Upload a candidate list or select multiple candidates in the workflow to send invitations in bulk. Q3. What should I do if a candidate didn’t receive the assessment invite? Check if the email address is correct. You can also resend the invite from the candidate’s assessment details in the side panel. Q4. Can I resend an assessment to a candidate who already completed it? Yes, but only if you configure a re-invite. Previous submissions will still remain in history.

2. Due Dates & Extensions

Q1. How do I set a due date for an assessment? When inviting candidates, you can define a start date and a due date. The same will be visible in the candidate’s invitation. Q2. Can I extend the assessment due date for specific candidates? Yes. From the candidate’s assessment details, you can update and extend the deadline for individual candidates or in bulk. Q3. What happens if a candidate tries to submit after the due date? Candidates cannot access or submit assessments past the due date unless you extend it.

3. Monitoring Progress & Candidate Status

Q1. How can I check which candidates have started or completed their assessment? A. You can view candidate progress (Not Started, In Progress, Completed) on the assessment dashboard. Q2. Can I pause or suspend an assessment for a candidate? A. Yes. Recruiters can suspend assessments that haven’t been started yet. Suspended candidates will not be able to access the test unless re-invited.

4. Viewing Scores, Responses & Reports

Q1. Where can I view candidate scores after completion? Scores will be visible in the candidate’s profile and in the assessment dashboard under the “Score” section. Q2. Can I view detailed candidate responses? Yes. For each candidate, you can view individual responses, including text, video, or coding submissions (depending on the assessment type). Q3. What reports are available for recruiters? The system will generate Candidate-level reports after the candidates complete the assessment and the same can be viewed from the candidate’s assessment details. Q4. Can I download reports for offline sharing? No. Reports cannot be exported at the moment from the platform.

5. Evaluations & Feedback

Q1. How do interviewers/evaluators submit evaluations? Once an evaluator is assigned to evaluate a candidate, they can log in, access the candidate profile, and fill out the evaluation form associated with the assessment. Q2. Can multiple evaluators review the same candidate? Yes. Multiple evaluators can provide inputs, and recruiters can see consolidated evaluation views in the candidate’s assessment details. Q3. How do I check if evaluations are completed for all candidates? The evaluation dashboard shows pending vs. completed evaluations per candidate.

6. Proctored Assessments

Q1. What is a proctored assessment? A proctored assessment monitors candidate activity (camera, microphone, screen, or browser) during the test to ensure authenticity and prevent malpractice. Q2. How do I enable proctoring for an assessment? Currently, this option is only available for the admins when they are setting up the assessment. Q3. What candidate details are captured during a proctored session? Depending on configuration, details may include:
  • Face authentication results
  • Video/audio recordings or snapshots
  • Browser activity logs
  • Flags for suspicious behavior (e.g., multiple faces, tab-switching)
Q4. How do I review proctoring violations or flags? In the candidate’s assessment details, click on the Proview index to load the playback view that highlights any incidents. Q5. Can candidates see they are being proctored? Yes. Candidates are always notified before the test begins. Q6. Are proctoring results integrated with the overall assessment score? No. Proctoring violations are provided as Proview indices for recruiters and evaluators. The candidate’s answers are still scored independently.

7. Other Topics

Q17. How do I handle technical issues raised by candidates? A. Recruiters should redirect candidates to the support/troubleshooting help center. Q18. Can I anonymize candidate results before sharing with hiring managers? A. No. This feature is not available at the moment.
