Q: What browsers or devices can I use? A: Assessments work best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Safari is supported for Mac users.
Q: Can I take the assessment from any location? A: Yes, but choose a quiet, well-lit space where you won’t be interrupted. Some assessments may require a private room for proctoring.

During the Assessment

Q: Can I pause or restart my assessment? A: No, once started, most assessments must be completed in one sitting. If your test allows breaks, instructions will appear on your screen.
Q: What should I do if I accidentally close the window? A: In most cases, you can rejoin using the same link, and your progress will be saved. If you can’t rejoin, contact support or your recruiter immediately.
Q: My video or audio isn’t working. What should I do? A: Follow the steps below:
  • Check that your browser has permission to use your camera and microphone.
  • Close other apps using your camera (Zoom, Teams, Meet).
  • Refresh and rejoin.

Q: Can I switch devices mid-assessment? A: No, assessments are designed to be taken on a single device. Switching may cause your test to end.
Q: What happens if I lose internet connection? A: The system will try to reconnect automatically. If you’re unable to continue, contact support with your test link and time.

Post-Assessment

Q: How do I know my assessment was submitted successfully? A: You’ll see a submission confirmation message once the test is completed. If you don’t, reach out to support.
Q: Can I retake an assessment if I faced technical issues? A: Retakes are allowed only if approved by your recruiter or test administrator. Contact them directly for guidance.
