If you’ve forgotten your password, Talview lets you reset it quickly using a magic link sent to your registered email address. In this article, you will learn how to reset your password on Talview.

Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Go to the login page Open your browser and go to the Talview login page shared by your organization. Step 2: Enter your email address Click the Email field, enter your registered email address, and click Continue. Step 3: Select your account If your email is linked to multiple accounts, a Pick an account screen appears. Select the account you’d like to log in with. Step 4: Click Forgot password On the password entry screen, click Forgot password? to start the reset process. Step 5: Check your inbox for a magic link Talview sends a magic link to your registered email address. Click Open Gmail or Open Outlook to access your inbox directly.
Additional tipsCan’t find the email? Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, wait for the resend timer to expire and click Resend code to request a new magic link.
