Talview supports Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing you to log in using your company credentials. In this article, you will learn how to log in to Talview using SSO.

Before you begin

Make sure you have:
  • An active Talview account
  • Your official company email address - personal email addresses aren’t supported for SSO login
  • SSO enabled for your organisation - if you’re unsure, check with your administrator

Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Go to the login page Open your browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox) and go to the Talview login page shared by your organization.
Make sure the Login tab is selected.
Step 2: Enter your email address Click the Email field, enter your company email address, and click Continue. Step 3: Enter the verification code Enter the verification code sent to your email address.
The next time you log in from the same device and browser, you won’t be prompted for a verification code.
Step 4: Select your account If a Pick an account screen appears, select the account that matches your workspace. If you’re unsure which to select, check with your administrator before proceeding. Step 5: Click Login with SSO Confirm your email address is pre-filled correctly, then click Login with SSO to authenticate using your company credentials.
Additional tipsIf the Login with SSO button doesn’t appear, your administrator may need to enable SSO for your account. You can also click Login with password if your administrator has enabled that option.
