Steps - Cancel Interviews in Bulk

Step 1: Access the Workflow

  • Log in as a recruiter or master recruiter.
  • Navigate to the specific workflow from the workflow list to view the candidate invite list.
  • Select the interview stage and the candidates whose interviews should be cancelled.
  • Click the More option, then Cancel.

Step 2: Confirm Cancellation

  • Confirm your decision by clicking Yes in the pop-up window, a confirmation message will appear.
  • Refresh the page to ensure the cancellation is reflected in the workflow.
  • Participants will be notified via email.

Steps - Cancel Individual Interviews

Step 1: Access the Workflow

  • Follow the same initial steps to log in and navigate to the desired workflow.
  • Select the interview stage and the candidate whose interview should be cancelled.
  • Click the More option, then Cancel.
  • Use the three dots next to the Invite button to select Cancel.

Step 2: Confirm Cancellation

  • Confirm your decision by clicking Yes in the pop-up window, a confirmation message will appear.
  • Refresh the page to ensure the cancellation is reflected in the workflow.
  • The workflow will be updated to reflect the cancellation, and an email notification will be sent to both the candidate and the interviewer.
Note: Interviews that aren’t completed or cancelled already on the platform can be cancelled.
