Step-by-step Guide

Step 1: Access the workflow dashboard

• Navigate to the Workflows section from the menu.
• Click on a candidate’s name to access their detailed evaluation and proctoring insights.

Step 2: Viewing a proctored candidate assessment response

• In the candidate’s assessment details, click on the Icon to check the proctoring index and to view the session playback recording.
• In the session playback,
  • Review the alert log entries to monitor the session activities.
  • Toggle in between the session timeline to investigate specific events.
• When you’re done viewing the playback recording, click on the close icon ✖️ to exit the playback session and return to the candidate overview.
