🔎 Troubleshooting Common Issues
| What Might Be Wrong | How to Fix It |
|---|---|
| The email hasn’t arrived yet | Wait 5-10 minutes and check your inbox again. Email delivery can be delayed depending on network or provider conditions. |
| Email is in spam/junk/promotions folder | Search your spam, junk, or promotions folder for emails from Talview. |
| Checking the wrong email address | Confirm you are checking the email address you used to register for the test. If you have multiple accounts, check each one. |
| Email was deleted accidentally | Check your trash or deleted items folder for Talview emails. Restore the email if found or request a new code from your administrator if not. |
| Verification code expired | Verification codes can expire if not used promptly. Contact your test administrator to request a fresh code if needed. |
| Inbox is full or restricted | Make sure your inbox isn’t over its storage limit or restricted from receiving new emails. Clear space if needed and ask for the email to be resent. |
