Prerequisites
- An active email account configured to receive Talview notification mails
- Basic understanding of workflow tasks assigned in Talview’s platform.
- Access to Talview’s Workflow Tools Platform for task verification and follow-up.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Login to Talview’s Workflow Tools Platform
- Navigate to the Workflow Tools login portal.
- Locate the login form on the main page and complete the authentication process.
- Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to the Workflow Tools dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the Notification Inbox
- On the navigation bar, locate the Inbox icon.
- Click on this Inbox icon to open your Notification Inbox.
Step 3: Select a Notification to Read
- Click on any notification item in the left pane to open its contents on the right panel.
- You can scroll through the message content to read all details of the notification.
Step 4: Replying to a notification
- Select the mail you want to reply to.
- Click on the Reply Icon (Arrow pointing towards the left), to reply to that mail thread.
- After replying to the mail, click on Send.
- You will receive a notification - “Your reply has been sent successfully.”
