# Viewing candidate’s call history

When conducting screening calls through Talview's Workflow tools, recruiters and hiring managers often need to access a candidate's call history to review previous interactions, track communication patterns, and make informed decisions about the hiring process.

This article provides a comprehensive step-by-step guide to help you locate, view, and interpret candidate call history.

## Steps to view candidate’s call history

### 1. Access the workflow dashboard:

* Navigate to the **Workflows** section from the side navigation panel.
* Choose the appropriate workflow containing your candidate list.
* Select the **candidate**, whose call history you want to view.

### 2. Viewing the call history:

* In the candidate’s profile, locate the **Call History** option to review previous interactions and to make informed decisions about the hiring process.
* You can play the **Call recordings** to delve into the details of each discussion and assess the current status of every call.
