# Sharing Candidate Profiles with Hiring Managers/ Evaluators

This article explains how to assign an evaluator for a specific interview stage within a recruitment workflow, ensuring a streamlined, collaborative hiring process. Using **Talview Workflow Tools** centralized candidate data and automation features, recruiters can seamlessly facilitate evaluation and decision-making to enhance hiring efficiency and alignment.

## **Step-by-Step Guide**

### **1. Go to the Workflow**

* Login as a Recruiter.
* Select the workflow that contains the interviews and candidates requiring evaluation.

### **2. Open the Interview step**

* Inside the workflow, select the interview step where you want to assign an evaluator.
* This opens the **Interview Dashboard**, where all candidates for that step are listed.

### **3. Assigning an evaluator**

* Select a candidate from the Interview Dashboard to open their interview details side panel.
* Navigate to the **Evaluation** tab within the side panel.
* Under **Assign evaluator** panel, Click the dropdown to *add an evaluator.*
* Click **Assign** to save and finalize the assignment.
* The assigned evaluator will receive an email notification with direct access to the evaluation form.

  * Assign evaluators early in the interview process to avoid scheduling delays and ensure timely feedback.
  * Use bulk actions to assign the same evaluator to multiple candidates at once.
  * Evaluators receive instant email notifications with direct access to evaluation forms—no manual follow-up needed.
  * Track evaluator activity in the Interview Dashboard to monitor completion status and send reminders if needed.
