# Why is the candidate’s resume missing or not visible?

When a candidate’s resume is missing or not visible in **Talview Workflow Tools**, it delays screening and interview processes.

This article lists common causes and fixes to help recruiters, hiring managers, and admins to get access to the candidate’s missing resume.

### Scenario 1: Candidate Applies Using the Resume
