# Understanding Candidate and Interviewer RSVP Status (Accepted, Declined, Tentative)

This article explains how recruiters can view the RSVP status of candidates and interviewers for scheduled interviews. Recruiters can quickly check whether participants have responded *Invited*, *Accepted, Declined*, or *Tentative* by accessing the workflow, navigating to the interview step, and reviewing details either in the table view or side panel.

### 1. Go to the Workflow

Login as a recruiter and navigate to the workflow where the interview is scheduled.

### 2. Choose the Interview Step

Select the interview step from the workflow to see all scheduled and past interviews.

### 3. Check RSVPs in the Table View

In the table view, hover over the avatars of the candidate and interviewer against each scheduled interview under the **Attendees** column. This will show you their RSVP status: *Invited, Accepted, Declined,* or *Tentative*.

### 3. View More Details in the Side Panel

If you need additional details, click on the interview card. This opens the side panel, where you can see the RSVP responses clearly listed for both the candidate and interviewer

<Note>
  If you notice that a candidate or interviewer has not RSVPed, it will appear as “*Invited*”, you may want to follow up with them directly.
