# How to create a Workflow and Schedule a Live Interview

## Setting Up Interviews Using Workflow Tools

1. **Access Workflow Tools**
   * Log in to the Talview Recruiter Platform
   * Navigate to **More Apps** > **Workflow Tools**
2. **Create a New Workflow**
   * Click on **Create Workflow** to begin
   * Review and select from available job role templates
3. **Invite Candidates to the Workflow**
   * Select the type of workflow and step from the dropdown
   * Use **Add Candidates** to manually invite individuals
   * Click **Add and Continue** to proceed
   * Send invitations to initiate the workflow process
4. **Manage Candidate Progress**
   * Monitor updates and select candidates for further actions
   * Schedule the next steps directly within the workflow
5. **Schedule Interviews within Workflow**
   * Select the **Interview Provider** (e.g., Interview Rooms)
