# Why is the self-scheduling link not received by candidate?

When a recruiter uses **Self-scheduling feature** for interviews **in Talview's Workflow Tools**, it is critical that the candidate receives the interview link promptly to join their scheduled session. However, there are instances where candidates do not receive the self-scheduling interview link due to various factors.
