# Why didn’t the interviewer receive a notification when the candidate joined the interview?

Sometimes, interviewers may **not receive a join notification** even though the candidate has successfully joined the interview. On **Talview’s Workflow Tools platform**, this usually indicates a misalignment in notification settings, permissions, or technical issues.

This article helps you quickly diagnose and fix the issue to ensure smooth interview coordination.
