# Why am I unable to view Drive insights?

Drive insights provide real-time visibility into each virtual hiring event or a drive, insights include total candidates and interviewers, booked candidates and no-show candidates when these analytics fail to load, recruiters lose critical oversight needed to manage campus hiring drives, bulk recruitment events, and scheduled interview coordination effectively.

## 🔎 Troubleshooting Common Issues

| **Data not synced or still processing**             | Allow time for data synchronization, especially for newly created drives or recent interview activity. <br />Large drive datasets may require additional processing time before insights become available.   |
| **Drive configuration errors or incomplete setup**  | Review Drive settings to ensure all required fields are completed, including schedules, room assignments, and interviewer allocations. Incomplete drive configurations may prevent insights from generating. |
