# How to access the Global Candidate View

This article explains how recruiters and master recruiters can open the Global Candidate View, the Candidates page that lists candidates from their workflows in Talview's Workflow Tools platform. Opening it from one place means you can find and review candidates without going into each workflow.

**Step 1: Open the Candidates page**

* Log in to Workflow Tools as a Recruiter or Master Recruiter.
* In the navigation menu, select Candidates (third option on the menu).
* The Candidates page opens with the list of candidates from the workflows you have access to.

**Step 2: Check what the list shows**

* Each candidate row is grouped into two sections.
  * Profile: Name, Status, Resume Fitment, Education, Last Job Title, Experience and Source.
  * Workflow Summary: Workflow, Owner, Progress and Latest Activity.

You can now search, filter and open candidates from this page.
