# How to Reinvite Candidates Who Missed or Completed an Assessment

Workflow Tools allows recruiters to **reinvite candidates** who either missed or completed a previous assessment. This is especially useful for giving another chance to candidates who faced technical issues or when assessments need to be retaken.

## Steps:

</div>

### **1. Open the Relevant Workflow**

Navigate to the **Workflow** where the desired assessment is configured.

### **2. Go to the Assessment Step Tab**

Click on the **assessment step tab** that contains the candidates you want to reinvite.

### **3. Select Eligible Candidates**

Use the checkboxes to **select the candidates** who have either:

* **Missed the assessment** (status still being *Invited*), or
* \*\*Completed the assessment(\*\*eg: status being completed, yet to evaluate **)**, but need to take it again.

### **4. Click the Invite Button**

* After selecting the candidates, click on the **Invite** button that appears at the bottom of the candidate list.
* This opens the **invite side panel**.

### **5. Configure the Reinvite**

In the side panel:

* Ensure the correct **assessment step** is selected in the dropdown.
* Confirm your selections and click **Invite**.

### **6. Confirmation**

A **toast message** will appear on the screen confirming that the reinvites have been sent successfully.

<Tip>
  Use reinvites sparingly and with context, for example, when a candidate faced issues accessing the test or when a re-evaluation is required.
