# How to View interview recordings and comments

Live Interviews are recorded with participant consent, ensuring transparency and data security. These recordings enable evaluators to revisit candidate responses at any time, supporting fair, collaborative, and well-informed hiring decisions. All recordings are securely stored with end-to-end encryption and access limited to authorized reviewers.

Follow these steps to view and review recorded interviews.

### Step 1:Access Workflow Tools Platform

* Log in to the Workflow Tools platform.
* This section allows evaluators to review recordings alongside feedback forms and evaluation data.

### Step 2: Select the Candidate

* Once inside Workflow Tools, search for and select the **candidate’s name**.
* The candidate’s interview details, feedback forms, recording and related data will be visible.

### Step 3: View the Interview Recording

* Click the **play icon** beside the candidate’s interview record to start playback.
* The recording opens instantly for review and evaluation.

### Step 4: Review in Maximized View

* When playback starts, the view automatically opens in a **maximized layout** for better visibility.
* Use the **pause**, **replay**, and **seek** controls to navigate through the interview as needed.
