# How to Access the Job Description during a Live Interview

Evaluators can seamlessly access the Job Description (JD) during a live interview in **Talview Interview Rooms** using the Workflow tool interface. This ensures smarter, contextual, and role-aligned assessments without leaving the session window.

## Steps to View the Job Description

1. Locate the top-right menu panel in the Interview Room interface.
2. Click the **Job Description** icon/tab to open the job description for the specific position.
3. Use the Job Description view to reference responsibilities, required skills, and qualifications while engaging with the candidate.
