# How to Access Candidate’s Ivy responses
## Introduction
Evaluators play a key role in reviewing candidate performance across different assessment types.
With the Ivy response viewer, evaluators can easily access candidate recordings and AI-generated summaries directly from the **Evaluations** menu in **Workflow Tools**.
This feature allows evaluators to review responses captured during the **Ivy AI Interview** - including overall score and skill level score, **recording** and the **summary** - ensuring a seamless and structured evaluation process.

## Steps to Go Through the Flow
### **Navigate to the Evaluation Tab**
* Log in to **Workflow Tools** as an evaluator and go to the **Evaluations** tab from the left navigation panel.
* The page displays all candidates assigned to you for evaluation.
### **Select the Candidate to Evaluate**
* Click on the **candidate’s name** under your assigned evaluation list.
* This opens the **Candidate Detail View**, showing assessment summaries and completed stages.
1. **Locate the Ivy Assessment Card**
* Scroll through the candidate’s assessment section until you find the **Ivy Assessment Card**.
* The card shows assessment details such as:
* Assessment name
* Status (Completed / In Progress)
* Score and skill-level score
2. **View Ivy Responses**
* On the Ivy Assessment Card, click **“View responses.”**
* A **side panel** will open on the right-hand side displaying:
* **Candidate Recording** – The video/audio response captured by Ivy.
* **AI Summary** - Key highlights, communication insights, and interaction summary generated by Ivy.
3. **Playback and Review Options**
* Use the playback controls in the side panel to:
* **Play/Pause** the recording.
* **Seek** specific timestamps.
* **Adjust playback speed** (if supported).
* Review the **AI-generated summary** for insights on tone, confidence, and relevance of responses.
4. **Complete the Evaluation**
* After reviewing the Ivy responses and summary, proceed to fill out your **evaluation form** under the same candidate detail view by clicking on “Evaluate”.
* Save or submit your evaluation once completed.
**Important Notes:**
* Only **assigned evaluators** can access Ivy responses for their candidates.
* The recording, score and summary are available only after the candidate has completed the Ivy interview.
