# How to Access a Candidate’s Resume during a Live Interview

Evaluators in **Talview Interview Rooms** can instantly access a candidate’s resume during live interviews using the Workflow tool interface. This feature allows smooth, contextual, and efficient evaluation without leaving the session.

## Steps to View the Candidate Resume

1. Locate the **Resume** icon/tab at the top-right corner of the Interview Room interface.
2. Click the **Resume** icon/tab to open the candidate’s uploaded resume.
3. Use this view to review qualifications, experience, and tailor your interview questions in real-time.
