# How do Evaluators join a Live Interview

**Talview Interview Rooms** is a secure, proctored platform that provides evaluators with tools to assess candidates efficiently. This guide explains how to join an interview session, prepare your setup, and use evaluator features.

### **Step 1: Receive and Confirm Interview Details**

* Verify the interview date, time, and time zone in your invitation
* Note the interview room link provided via email or Talview platform
* Confirm any specific evaluation criteria or focus areas

### **Step 2: Prepare Your Setup**

### **Step 3: Join the Interview**

* Click the Interview Room link 10 minutes before start time
* Log in using your evaluator credentials
* Complete the audio/video test when prompted

### **Step 4 : Familiarize yourself with evaluator tools:**

* **Candidate View:** Monitor candidate's screen and behavior
* **Notes Panel:** Document observations and scores in real-time
* **Chat Feature:** Communicate with support or co-evaluators
