# Why is the Drive not updating real-time Interview Status?

When the Drive dashboard fails to reflect real-time interview statuses, interviewers and recruiters lose critical oversight, leading to confusion about candidate progress, scheduling conflicts, and delayed hiring outcomes.

This article helps interviewers troubleshoot and resolve issues when the Drive is not updating interview statuses in real-time within Talview's Workflow Toos.

| **Network connectivity issues**           | Check the internet connection and ensure stable bandwidth. <br />Switch to a wired connection if using Wi-Fi or restart the router to improve connection stability.       |
| **Dashboard auto-refresh is disabled**    | Enable auto-refresh settings in the Drive dashboard.<br />Manually refresh the page periodically to ensure the latest interview statuses are displayed.                   |
| **System sync delays**                    | Wait 30-60 seconds and refresh the dashboard, as minor sync delays can occur during high-volume drives.                                                                   |
