# Why didn’t I receive a notification when I was added to a drive?

Interviewers play a critical role in recruitment drives, and timely notifications ensure they're prepared and informed when added to a drive. When an interviewer doesn't receive the expected notification email after being added to a drive in Talview's Workflow Tools, it can lead to confusion, missed interviews, and coordination challenges.
