# How to view schedules for an assessment

This article explains how coordinators view schedule information for a specific assessment from Talview’s Coordinator Console. Schedules show day/time slots, mapped centers, total capacity and booking progress.

**1. Open the Exams list and select the exam**

* From the dashboard, open the **Exams** list view.
* Locate the exam row for the exam you want to inspect.
* Click the exam row to open the exam details screen.

**2. Navigate to the correct assessment tab**

* In the exam details screen, review the available tabs (**Enrollments, Centers, Reading & Listening, Speaking**, etc.).
* Click the assessment tab you want to view (for example, Reading & Listening or Speaking).

**3. Review the schedule table for the assessment**

* In the assessment tab, review each schedule row.
* Confirm the following columns:
  * **Slots** — day and time for each slot
  * **Centers** — number of/specific centers offering that slot
  * **Capacity** — total seats available across mapped centers for that slot
  * **Bookings** — progress indicator showing how many candidates have enrolled

  **Additional tips**

  * Use the Centers tab to confirm which centers will be activated for a slot.
  * Use booking progress and capacity columns to decide whether to add capacity or create more slots.
