**1. Open the exam**

* From the **Exams** list, locate and click the exam row to open the exam details screen.

**2. Choose the exam step and confirm centers**

* Select the assessment tab where you will add the schedule (for example, Reading & Listening).
* Click the **Centers** tab to confirm which centers are mapped and to verify per‑center capacity settings.

**3. Open the Add Schedule form**

* On the assessment tab, click **Add Schedule**.
* The **Add Schedule** form (panel) opens.

**4. Complete schedule details**

* Enter **Start date** — the first date the slot should run.
* Enter **Start time** — the time of day the slot begins (confirm time zone).
* Enter **End time** — time when the slot ends (or enter duration if the form uses duration).
* Select **Day(s) of week** — which weekday(s) the slot recurs on (if recurring).
* Enter **Date‑till** — the end date for the recurrence (how long to keep the slot active).

**5. Confirm centers and capacities**

* Review the mapped centers listed in the form.
* Allocate or confirm per‑center capacities if the form permits, or confirm the default capacity.

**6. Create and verify the schedule**

* Click **Create** to save the schedule. This creates the slot and syncs it to the selected centers.
* Verify the new slot appears in the schedule table, and that capacity/bookings values are correct.
