# What is the Form column group in the Enrollment List View

The **Form** column group in the Enrollment List View displays the information candidates submitted when they enrolled for the exam. The fields shown here are driven by the custom enrollment form configured for your program, so the columns you see may vary depending on your exam setup. In this article, you will learn what the Form column group is and what it contains.

### What is the Form column group?

When candidates enroll for an exam, they typically fill out an enrollment form with personal and academic details. The Form column group surfaces this data directly in the Enrollment List View, so you can review candidate-submitted information without leaving the list.

The Form column group appears as a labelled section header - **Form** - spanning several columns on the right side of the Enrollment table. The columns within it depend on the fields configured in your program's enrollment form, but common examples include:

| Column | What it shows |
| :- | :- |
| **DOB** | The candidate's date of birth |
| **Contact No** | The candidate's phone number |
| **City** | The candidate's city |
| **College Name** | The candidate's university or institution |
| **Languages Known** | The languages the candidate knows, shown as tags. A candidate can have multiple language tags |
| **Resume** | A document icon linking to the candidate's uploaded resume |
| **Photo** | An image icon showing the candidate's uploaded photo |

***

### Collapsed vs expanded state

The Form column group can be **collapsed** or **expanded** using the icon next to the Form header:

* **Collapsed (default)** - only the first two columns in the group are visible (typically DOB and Contact No). This keeps the table compact when you don't need to review form details.
* **Expanded** - all columns in the Form group are visible. Click the **+ icon** next to the Form header to expand it.
* To collapse it again, click the **− icon** next to the Form header.

### Important things to know

* The columns shown in the Form group are configured per program. If your program's enrollment form does not include a particular field, that column will not appear in the Form group.
* File upload fields - such as Resume and Photo - are displayed as icons in the table. Click the icon to view or download the file.
* Candidates who have not submitted a particular field will show a dash (-) in that column.

  **Additional Tips**

  * The Form column group is read-only in the Enrollment List View, you cannot edit candidate form data from here.
  * If a candidate has multiple languages listed under Languages Known, all language tags are displayed inline in the same cell.
  * Use the Form columns alongside filters like **Languages Known** and **City** to quickly identify candidates with specific attributes - for example, finding all candidates in a specific city or those who speak a particular language.
