# How to navigate to the Enrollment List View

The Enrollment List View is where coordinators get a consolidated view of all candidates enrolled in an exam. It shows each candidate's enrollment status, eligibility, current step in the exam journey, payment status, ID verification, exam center, and more — all in one scrollable table. In this article, you will learn how to navigate to the Enrollment List View in the Coordinator Console.

**Before You Begin**

Make sure you have:

* Coordinator role access on your Talview account.
* At least one active exam with candidates enrolled.

***

### Step-by-Step Guide

**1. Log in to the Coordinator Console**

Open the Coordinator Console and log in with your coordinator credentials.

**2. Navigate to the Exams section**

Using the left sidebar, click **Exams**. The Exams list opens, showing all active exams configured for your tenant.

**3. Select an exam**

Click on the exam you want to manage. This opens the exam's detail view.

**4. Click the Enrollment tab**

Inside the exam, you will see a row of tabs at the top - one for each assessment step in the exam. The first tab is always **Enrollment**.

Click the **Enrollment** tab to open the Enrollment List View.

### What you'll see in the Enrollment List View

The Enrollment List View displays all candidates enrolled in the exam in a horizontally scrollable table. The following columns are available:

* **Candidate Name** - the candidate's photo, full name, email address, and any accommodation icons. Click the expand arrow to view more candidate details.
* **Enrollment Status** - the candidate's current enrollment status displayed as a colour-coded pill (e.g., Invited, Registered, Approved, Completed, Rejected, Expired, Withdrawn).
* **External ID** - the candidate's external reference ID.
* **Eligibility** - an icon indicating whether the candidate is eligible (✓), not eligible (✗), or pending eligibility review (ⓘ).
* **Current Step** - the candidate's current position in the exam workflow along with the relevant date.
* **Payment** - the payment amount and status (e.g., \$50 / Paid, \$150 / Pending, \$150 / Failed, \$0 / Voucher).
* **ID** - the candidate's ID verification status shown as a colour-coded icon (green = verified, red = failed).
* **Exam Center** - the name and location of the center the candidate is assigned to. If multiple centers are assigned, a **+1 more** link appears.
* **Source** - how the candidate was enrolled, shown as an icon (e.g., invited by coordinator, self-registered, partner).
* **Enrolled On** - the date the candidate was enrolled.
* **Invited by** - the name and date of the coordinator who invited the candidate, if applicable.
* **Form** - additional candidate details including Date of Birth (DOB) and Contact Number.

Each row also has a **menu (⋮)** on the right for candidate-level actions.

  * The table is horizontally scrollable - scroll right to see additional columns like Enrolled On, Invited by, and Form details.
  * The candidate count in each step tab gives you a quick overview of how many candidates are at each stage of the exam before you click into it.
  * Clicking the expand arrow (>) next to a candidate's name reveals additional details about that candidate inline.
