How to filter the exams list in the coordinator console
The Exams list in the Coordinator Console displays all exams configured for your tenant. When you manage a large number of exams, filters help you quickly locate specific exams by name, course, or status.In this article, you will learn how to filter the exams list in the Coordinator Console.
1. Navigate to the Exams listFrom the Coordinator Console, navigate to the Exams section using the left sidebar. The Exams list displays all exams configured for your tenant with columns for Exam, Course, Status, Configuration Template, and Created on.2. Click the filter iconIn the top-right area of the Exams list, click the filter icon (next to the Search exams bar). A Filters dropdown opens with the following options:
Exam Name - filter by the name of the exam.
Course - filter by the course linked to the exam.
Status - filter by the current status of the exam (e.g., Active).
3. Select a filterClick on the filter you want to apply. Depending on the filter type, a set of options or an input field will appear. Select or enter your criteria to apply the filter.Use the search bar at the top of the Filters dropdown to quickly find a specific filter option.4. Review the filtered resultsThe Exams list updates to show only the exams that match your selected filters. You can apply multiple filters at the same time to further narrow down the results.5. Clear the filtersTo remove the filters and return to the full exams list, click the filter icon again and clear your selections.
Additional Tips
Use the Search exams bar alongside filters for more precise results - for example, search for a specific exam name while filtering by Status.
The Status filter is useful when you want to view only active exams or identify exams in a specific state.
The Exams list is paginated - use the page navigation controls at the bottom right to move between pages. The total number of pages is shown next to the page number (e.g., Page 1 - 3).
Click Export to download the filtered exams list for offline reference or reporting.
