# How to access a candidate's profile

During a session, proctors may need to review a candidate’s details such as their check-in information, exam details, and any reported incidents. The **Candidate Management** view allows you to quickly access a candidate’s profile directly from the candidate list.

### Viewing a Candidate’s Profile

You can open a candidate’s profile in two ways:

**Method 1: Clicking the Candidate Name**

1. Start the scheduled session from the **Bookings** page.
2. In the **Candidate Management** view, locate the candidate in the list.
3. Click on the **candidate’s name**.
4. The **candidate profile panel** will open, displaying detailed information.

**Method 2: Using the Menu**

1. Locate the candidate in the **Candidate Management** list.
2. Click the **menu** next to the candidate’s name.
3. Select **View profile**.

The candidate’s profile will open in a side panel.

### **Candidate Profile Overview**

The candidate profile provides important session-related details, including:

**Candidate Information**

* Candidate name
* Email address
* Candidate ID

**Check-In Details**

* Time when the candidate was checked in
* The proctor who performed the check-in

**Exam Details**

* Exam name
* Scheduled date
* Session time
* Assigned room and seat

**Reported Incidents**

* Any incidents reported during the session
* If no issues have been reported, the profile will display **No incidents reported**

**Face Authentication**

* Face authentication data will be visible to confirm identity of the candidate
