# Understanding the Next 14 Days Distribution column

The 14 day distribution column provides a quick visual snapshot of upcoming booking activity for each center and room. It appears on both the Center dashboard and the Center Overview page. In this article, you will learn how to read and interpret the 14 day distribution column in Center dashboard.

### Before You Begin

Make sure you have:

* Logged in with the appropriate role credentials (Center Admin, Center Manager, Proctor Lead, or Proctor) to reflect that other roles can also perform candidate actions.

### Step-by-Step Guide

**1. Locate the column**

The **14 day distribution** column appears in two places:

* On the **Center dashboard** - in the main centers list, showing the distribution for each center.
* On the **Center Overview** page - in the Rooms section, showing the distribution for each room. It also appears in the **Quick Statistics** panel on the right.

**2. Read the activity graph**

The column displays a small bar graph where each bar represents one day over the next 14 days, starting from today. The height of each bar indicates how many bookings are scheduled for that day - the taller the bar, the more bookings. A flat or dashed line means no bookings are scheduled for that day.

**3. Check the booking count**

A **number** is displayed at the right end of the graph. This shows the total booking count across the entire 14-day period. A count of "0" means no bookings are scheduled for the next 14 days.

**4. Interpret the color coding**

The bars use color to indicate utilization levels:

* **Grey bars** - normal booking levels with available capacity.
* **Red bars** - high utilization or at-capacity slots. Red indicates that the center or room is heavily booked on that day and may need attention for staffing or capacity adjustments.

  **Additional Tips**

  * Use the distribution column to quickly identify busy days across your centers without opening each one individually.
  * The graph on the Quick Statistics panel in the Center Overview gives you a center-wide view, while the per-room graphs in the Rooms section help you identify which specific rooms are heavily booked.
