# Why does TSB show blank screen?

If the **Talview Secure Browser (TSB)** opens but shows a **blank screen** or gets stuck while loading, it can stop you from starting your test or interview. This usually happens due to display settings, outdated system files, or blocked access.

## ✅ Common Causes and Fixes
