# Why do browser extensions interfere with the Secure Browser?

If the **Talview Secure Browser (TSB)** fails to launch, crashes, or shows permission errors, the issue may be caused by **active browser extensions**. Extensions like ad blockers, VPNs, password managers, or screen recording tools can conflict with system checks or block access to the camera, mic, or secure features. This can result in missed sessions or test disqualification. Here’s what you can check to fix it.

## ✅ Common Issues and Fixes

  * **Or use Private/Incognito Mode**:

  * Restart your browser and **relaunch the secure browser from your test link**
