# How to uninstall Talview Secure Browser?

**Talview Secure Browser (TSB)** is a specialized application designed to ensure exam integrity by restricting unauthorized access during online proctored assessments.

This article provides step-by-step instructions to uninstall TSB from **Windows** and **macOS** systems after completing your tests. Follow these guidelines to safely remove the browser and avoid common issues like leftover files or launch errors on future sessions.

**Before You Start**

* Make sure you have finished all scheduled tests and closed the *Secure Browser* before uninstalling it.
* On organization managed devices, consult your IT administrator before proceeding.
* If you plan to **reinstall TSB**, keep your original test email or download link handy so you can quickly install the latest version after uninstalling.

### **Uninstall Talview Secure Browser**

**1. Uninstall on Windows**

* Navigate to the **Windows Start menu.**
* Open `Settings > Apps > Installed apps (or Apps & features)`.
* Search for **"TalviewSecureBrowser"** in the search bar.
* Select and click on `three dots` .
* Click on `Uninstall`; confirm the action.
* Remove any remaining shortcuts from Start menu, desktop, or taskbar.

**2. Uninstall on macOS**

1. Open Finder and navigate to the Applications folder.
2. Drag or Move "**Talview Secure Browser**" to Trash (enter admin credentials if prompted).
3. Empty Trash to remove the application completely from your system (This is an optional step).
