# Supported OS Versions for Assessments

To ensure your assessment or interview runs smoothly, your device must be on a **supported operating system (OS)**. The platform relies on OS-level support for critical features such as **camera access, microphone permissions, screen sharing, and secure browser functionality**.

Using an outdated or unsupported OS may prevent you from starting or completing the test.

## ✅ Supported OS Versions

| **Operating system** | **Minimum supported version** |
| -------------------- | ----------------------------- |
| Windows | **Windows 10 and above** |
| macOS | **macOS 12.6.7 and above** |
| iPhone/iPad | **iOS 14 and above** |
| Android | **Android 10 and above** |

Devices running older versions may experience issues such as blocked camera or microphone access, failed system checks, screen-sharing errors, or secure browser launch failures.
