# Supported Devices for Assessments

To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted assessment or interview experience on Talview, you must use a **supported device** that meets the required technical standards. Using unsupported devices may prevent you from starting or completing your assessment.

## ✅ Allowed Devices

### **Primary Device: Laptop (Mandatory)**

All candidates are required to use a **laptop** as their primary device for assessments and interviews.

### Mobile Device (Conditionally Supported)

Mobile phones may be used **only if your organization has allowed attending the assessment on a mobile device**. If mobile access is not enabled by your organization, you will not be able to proceed using a mobile phone.

## ❌ Not Allowed Devices

The following devices are **not supported** for assessments:

* Tablets (iPad, Android tablets)
* Chromebooks (Google Chrome OS)

## 🛠 Final Check: Before You Begin

Before starting your assessment, make sure you have:

* Verified that your **laptop is functioning properly**
* Updated your **operating system and browser** to the latest supported version
* Completed the **system diagnostics check** provided in the test link

Using a supported device that meets these requirements helps avoid technical interruptions and ensures a secure assessment experience.
