# Why is Screen sharing blocked by admin restrictions?

If you're unable to share your screen during a test or interview, it might be due to restrictions set by your system administrator or IT policy. This can prevent the platform from verifying your activity, which may result in delays, auto-cancellation of the session, or disqualification.

Follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue quickly.

2. Enable access for your browser (e.g., Chrome or Edge)
3. Restart the browser after enabling
