### ✅ Environment Readiness Checklist

Use the checklist below to confirm your setup before launching the test.

| **What to Check** | **What to Do** |
| :------------------ | :---------------------------------------------------------- |
| Desk and chair | Sit at a stable desk using a proper chair with back support |
| Seating posture | Sit upright and centered; avoid slouching or leaning back |
| Camera position | Adjust your laptop or camera so it is at eye level |
| Camera framing | Ensure your face and shoulders are clearly visible |
| Background area | Choose a clean, neutral background with no movement |
| Room privacy | Make sure no people or pets will enter during the test |
| Noise level | Turn off TVs, music, and nearby devices |
| Phone interruptions | Silence your phone and keep it out of reach |

### 🔎 **Desk and Chair Setup (Required)**

Your seating arrangement directly affects camera framing and monitoring accuracy.

* Use a **desk or table**, not a bed, couch, or floor
* Sit on a **chair with proper back support**
* Keep your laptop on a **stable surface**, not your lap
* Adjust your seat height or laptop position so the **camera is at eye level**

### 🔎 **Camera and Visibility Checks**

Before starting:

* Sit with your **back facing a wall** to prevent movement behind you
* Ensure your **face and shoulders remain in frame**
* Avoid excessive movement, leaning, or turning away
* Check lighting so your face is clearly visible and not shadowed

### 🔎 **Audio and Noise Control**

* Turn off televisions, radios, and nearby devices
* Inform others that you need uninterrupted privacy
* Silence your mobile phone and keep it out of reach
* Use headphones (if permitted) to reduce ambient noise pickup

### 🔎 **Final Pre-Test Check**

Immediately before starting your test:

* Confirm camera framing and lighting
* Ensure no background movement or noise
* Verify that your seating position is comfortable and stable

Once the test begins, avoid adjusting your seat, desk, or camera unless instructed.
