# How to resolve connection failure error?

If your system check shows a **“Connectivity: Failed”** status, your device is unable to reach Talview’s servers. In this article, we’ll guide you through common causes and solutions to resolve connectivity issues and ensure a smooth session.

## ✅ Common Causes and Fixes
