# Why am I not receiving the Ivy audio call?

If a call from Ivy, Talview's AI Interviewer, was expected but never reached you, it usually comes down to a network or phone settings issue rather than anything wrong with your application. This can happen due to poor coverage, call-blocking settings, or restrictions on international numbers.

| You were in a poor-network or no-coverage area when the call was attempted | Move to an area with strong network coverage and keep your phone reachable.   |

| Do Not Disturb was switched on                                             | Turn off Do Not Disturb.                                                      |
