# Unable to Reschedule or Cancel Talview Exam Slot - Troubleshooting Guide

If you are **unable to reschedule or cancel your booked exam slot**, it may be due to policy restrictions, payment issues, or technical glitches in the *Pay and Book* or *Book and Pay* workflows.
