# Exam Booking Confirmation Email Not Received – Troubleshooting Guide

Talview sends a confirmation email for your payment and/or slot confirmation on successful transaction. In case you are unable to locate this email, follow the steps below to troubleshoot and ensure your booking is confirmed.

## Common Troubleshooting Steps
