# How to switch between Light and Dark themes during a Live Interview?

Talview allows candidates to switch between **Light**, **Dark**, and **System Default** themes at any time during a live interview to improve visibility, comfort, and accessibility based on personal preference or lighting conditions.

## **Steps to Change the Theme**

You can update your theme directly from the live interview interface.

1. During the live interview, click the **More** menu at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select **Device Settings**.
3. Navigate to the **Theme** section.
4. Choose one of the following options:
   * **Light** – Best for bright or well-lit environments.
   * **Dark** – Reduces glare and is suitable for low-light conditions.
   * **System Default** – Matches your device’s current theme setting

     *(This may appear visually similar to Light mode depending on your system.)*
5. The selected theme is applied **instantly** without interrupting the interview.
