### 🔎 **Troubleshooting Common Issues**

| What might be wrong | How to fix it |
| :-------------------------------------- | :----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Camera is disconnected or not powered | Ensure your built-in or external camera is connected and turned on. If using a webcam, reconnect it or try a different USB port. |
| Browser camera permission is blocked | Click the lock icon in the browser address bar, open site settings, set Camera to Allow, and reload the page. |
| System-level camera access is disabled | Open camera privacy settings on your system and allow camera access for your browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox). |
| Incorrect camera selected | If multiple cameras are available, select the correct one in the device selector before joining the interview. Disable unused devices if needed. |
| Another application is using the camera | Close apps like Zoom, Teams, Meet, or Skype, and close any browser tabs using the camera. Restart the browser afterward. |
| Browser or operating system is outdated | Update your browser to the latest version and ensure your operating system is up to date. |
| Physical blockage or poor lighting | Remove any webcam covers, clean the lens, and ensure your face is well-lit without strong backlighting. |
| Cache, extensions, or session conflict | Clear browser cache and cookies, disable ad-blockers or privacy extensions, or try Incognito/Private mode. |
| Network or firewall restrictions | Switch to a home network or mobile hotspot, turn off VPNs, and avoid restrictive corporate networks if possible. |
