# Why is my live interview loading slowly or crashing?

If your Live interview takes too long to load, freezes, or crashes after joining, the issue is typically caused by network instability, browser or device limitations, or background applications consuming system resources.

This article helps you identify the cause and apply quick fixes so you can join and continue your interview smoothly.

## 🔍Troubleshooting Common Issues

| Slow or unstable internet connection          | Switch to a strong Wi-Fi or wired connection. Move closer to the router and pause downloads or streaming. |

| Corrupted cache or browser data               | Clear browser cache and cookies, then reload the interview link.                                          |
| Device overloaded with background apps        | Close unnecessary tabs, apps, and background programs before joining.                                     |

| Camera or microphone conflicts                | Close Zoom, Teams, Meet, or any app using audio/video devices before joining.                             |
