# Interview Invite Link Not Opening or showing expired

Live Interview invite link may fail to open or show as expired due to link validity limits, account mismatches, browser issues, or network restrictions. This checklist helps you quickly identify the cause and take the right steps to access your interview without delay.

## 🔎 Troubleshooting Common Issues

| Interview link has expired               | Contact your recruiter and request a new interview link or to reschedule the interview.                                                    |

| Link already used or session timed out   | Refresh the page once and retry. If the link still fails, request a fresh invite from the recruiter.                                       |
